Dhamma Studies Training Programs Alaṅkāra and Dhammacāriya

Alaṅkāra and Dhammacāriya are two prestigious Dhamma study programs in Myanmar. In this Buddhist country, a Dhamma teacher must possess at least one of these certificates to preach. As highlighted in Project 2, these programs rely on the ancient and reliable Nissaya texts, making the Alaṅkāra and Dhammacāriya exams highly respected in Myanmar. To equip the Buddha’s missionaries with essential knowledge, pursuing these Dhamma study programs is crucial. Consequently, Santisukhavihāra (Vietnam), in collaboration with Mahamyine Pariyatti School (Myanmar), has been training sāmaṇeras and bhikkhus to obtain these important certificates.
